Hello, my name is Karli Pickard, and I have been coaching for 9 years. I played 11 years competitively including 4 years at the NCAA Div 2 level as a defensive specialist/libero. I’ve had the privilege of working with and under many different coaches to help round out my own coaching philosophy, where I pride myself on providing technical feedback and enhancing player game knowledge in a positive environment.
