Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons

• If a request for cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice, the client is to speak with the coach directly to see if the coach is able to move the lesson to another date/time. If a refund is wanted instead, all private lessons cancelled with more than hours in advance are subject to a 10% administration fee.

• If a request for cancellation occurs within 24 - 48 hours notice, the client is to speak with the coach directly to see if the coach is able to move the lesson to another date/time. If a refund is wanted instead, all private lessons cancelled within 24 - 48 hours in advance are subject to a 25% administration fee.

• Any lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not subject to a refund.

• Once a lesson has begun, there will be no refunds.

Covid-19 Policy
The Covid-19 pandemic could foreseeably force the shutdown of EVPC pickleball lesson/clinic programming due to government order. In the case of EVPC having to shut down a clinic or lesson that has yet to start, EVPC will provide a “credit” in equal value for a future EVPC program. In the event that a program has already started, EVPC will have already incurred costs including coaching fees, rental costs, equipment fees, which cannot be recouped, therefore, participants will not be entitled to a refund, however, EVPC will work to provide customers a prorated credit for future use to a camp where possible.
