(11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) Defensive Systems (Intermediate Level)
​This clinic provides a streamlined, practical overview of the key components that make up an effective volleyball defense. Athletes will learn how individual skills connect to team systems, with an emphasis on reading the game both in the front row, and back row. 
Topics Include:

(1:00 - 3:00PM) Attacking and Transitioning (Intermediate Level)
This clinic focuses on developing efficient, high-impact attacking skills and smooth transition systems that turn defensive stops into scoring opportunities. Athletes will learn how to create consistent offensive pressure through smart decision-making, technical execution, and coordinated team movement.

(3:00-5:00 PM) Serve and Serve Receive (Intermediate Level)
This clinic delivers a focused look at two of the most important phases of the game—serving and serve receive. Coaches and athletes will learn how to create pressure from the service line and how to build a stable, efficient first-contact system that sets up clean offense.
