SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLINICS


 

These small group sessions are designed for athletes that have at least 1-2 years of experience on either a school or club team who are looking for specific skills training. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches will provide specialized instruction to athletes that strive to take their passion and skill of volleyball to the next level in the position areas of their choice.

Camp Ratio: Maximum of 10 athletes - 1 Coach

Setters Session - 2 Hours

9:00-11:00am - Grade 8-9 Girls & Boys Separate

11:30-1:30pm - Grade 6-7 Girls & Boys COMBINED

2:00-4:00pm - Grade 10-12 Girls & Boys Separate

Wednesday, January 3rd

Attack/Block Session - 2 Hours

9:00-11:00am - Grade 8-9 Girls & Boys Separate

11:30-1:30pm - Grade 6-7 Girls & Boys COMBINED

2:00-4:00pm - Grade 10-12 Girls & Boys Separate

Thursday, January 4th

Defensive Specialists Session - 2 Hours

9:00-11:00am - Grade 8-9 Girls & Boys Separate

11:30-1:30pm - Grade 6-7 Girls & Boys COMBINED

2:00-4:00pm - Grade 10-12 Girls & Boys Separate
