COVID-19  Protocols

Cancellation Policy

In the case of The Center having to shut down any scheduled programming before it has yet to start, The Center will provide a program “credit” in equal value for a future program.

  • In the event that a Center Program has already started, The Center will have already incurred costs including coaching fees, rental costs, equipment fees, which cannot be recouped, therefore, participants will not be entitled to a refund or credit, however, the Center will work to provide customers a prorated credit for future use to a program where possible.
