Teacher Strike - Volleyball Camps

With the upcoming Alberta teachers' strike, we're stepping up to offer a few fun and active camp alternatives for children for the week of October 6th - 9th.

Camp Offerings Include:

Junior High Skills, Drills and Active Games Camp ---> Offered at BOTH the South and West facilities

Elementary Skills, Drills, and Active Games Camp ----> Offered at the South facility only

Families, if an agreement is reached and the strike does NOT go ahead on October 6th (prior to camp beginning), you will receive a refund minus 10% of the overall camp fee (Approx $33).

If the agreement is reached mid camp week and kids are set to go back to school, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the remaining camp days fee.

If the strike continues past October 10th, more camp weeks will be offered. Stay tuned to our Instagram, website and Mailchimp emails.

Elementary Skills, Drills and Active Games Camp

DATES: Monday, Oct 6 - Thursday, Oct 9th (4 DAY CAMP)

TIMES: 9:00am - 3:00pm

COST: $329.99 plus GST

The Elementary Skills, Drills, and Active Games Camp is designed specifically for elementary-aged kids to stay moving, learn new skills, and build confidence through volleyball-focused activities and exciting group cooperative games.

Whether your child is new to volleyball or already loves the sport, this camp offers the perfect mix of skill development, team building, and play-based learning — all in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This full day camp is for athletes currently in grades 4-6.

Beginners and experienced players are welcome.

All sessions will be co-ed and all levels are welcome.

Camp Ratio - 16 athletes - 1 Coach

Lunch Break - 12:00 -12:30 pm - Athletes are to bring their own lunch or can purchase fresh food items from the cafeteria.

*This age category will also receive 1, 10 minutes snack break each morning from 10:30-10:40am.

With the potential Alberta teachers' strike approaching, we’re offering a high-energy, volleyball skill-building camp designed specifically for junior high students! The Junior High Skills, Drills & Active Games Camp is the perfect way to keep your teen active, engaged, and learning while school is on hold.

This isn't just another camp — it's a place for youth to improve their volleyball fundamentals, stay physically active through cooperative games, and connect with peers in a fun and supportive setting.

Camp Focus Includes:

Volleyball technique development: passing, serving, setting, blocking attacking and defensive play
Position-specific drills and team-based strategies
Mental focus, teamwork, and communication skills
Cooperative games

All sessions will be co-ed and all levels are welcome.
