SUMMER YOUTH TOURNAMENTS
The Center is excited to offer indoor volleyball tournaments for all age categories in the Months of July and August, 2023.
U17/18 Tournaments: These tournaments are open to all youth that would have participated in the U17 and U18 category from this past 2023 season.
Tournament Dates:
1. Summer SMASH Tournament - Saturday, July 8th, 2023
2. Back to School Tournament - Saturday, August 19th, 2023
U13/14 Tournaments: These tournaments are open to all youth that would have participated in the U13 and U14 category from this past 2023 season.

2. Back to School Tournament - Saturday, August 26th, 2023
U15/16 Tournaments: These tournaments are open to all youth that would have participated in the U15 and U16 category from this past 2023 season.

Registration Fee: $200.00 per team - per tournamentVenue: Edmonton Volleyball Pickleball Center - 9455 45 Ave NW, T6E 6B9 - Edmonton Alberta
Most tournaments have space for at minimum 8 girls teams and 8 boys teams - Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games and the tournament will contain pool play matches and a playoff round.
All matches will consist of the best 2 out of 3 sets. For pool play matches, the first 2 sets will go up to 25 points with a cap at 27, third set up to 15 cap at 17. There will be no cap in the playoffs.
Schedule: First matches will begin at 8:30am on their respective Saturdays and will conclude in the evening.
Prizes: Awarded to top 3 teams
U13/14 Youth Tournaments
Tournament 1 - all refunds prior to June 22nd, 2023 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the overall youth league total, plus a 2% payment processing fee.
There will be no refunds after June 22nd, 2023.
Tournament 2 - all refunds prior to August 4th, 2023 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the overall youth league total, plus a 2% payment processing fee.
There will be no refunds after August 4th, 2023.
The Covid-19 pandemic could foreseeably force the shutdown of Center Youth Volleyball Programming due to government order. In the case of EVPC having to shut down a program that has yet to start, EVPC will provide a refund of the program, minus credit card processing/admin fees.
In the event that a program has already started, EVPC will have already incurred costs including rental costs and equipment fees which cannot be recouped, therefore, participants will not be entitled to a refund, however, EVPC will work to provide customers a prorated credit for future use to a camp or program where possible.
